I came from a really tiny fishing village in Indonesia whereby people have little exposure to what insurance and financial planning is. Often, when an undesired event happened, one is left by the huge medical bills. Yes, that’s not ideal isn’t it? Especially more often than not, these bills ain’t yours to begin with.
I’ve always wanted a meaningful job. A job that I can add value to the lives of the people, including my loved ones. Because I know through this job, I am able to provide a holistic view towards financial planning. Besides that, through this job, I am able to create beautiful, long term relationships with individuals.
If you resonate with me, I would love to get to know you more and journey with you to achieve your goals too!

Beyond advise; genuine support
I first met Ida when we were heading to a Christmas gathering with my then-girlfriend, now wife. After that, we had many conversations, and she has always been readily available to listen and help. She had been my wife’s financial advisor long before I knew her, assisting with financial planning and encouraging her to develop healthy spending habits.
We had our first meet-up for financial planning last year, and what really resonated with me was her reassurance about having someone to turn to in times of need, someone who genuinely cared. This way, I wouldn’t have to navigate the complexities of policies and claims on my own. Beyond being my financial advisor, she’s also a friend I’ve known for some time, which made me comfortable entrusting her with my policies. I even decided to make some changes on my existing ones to work with her.
I’ll definitely recommend Ida to anyone I know who needs financial advice or assistance with policy management.

Really enjoyable experience working with them & most importantly, they are not pushy
I enjoy working with Ida & Yvonne. They help me to understand about financial planning and also very transparent in sharing with me how the plan works. They will inform me of the pros and cons & what will really suit me according to my needs and wants, especially when I am still a university student. They are definitely not the pushy type who will hard sell stuff, so I am really thankful for that! Both Ida and Yvonne are really nice and great to talk to, I've had multiple pleasant chats with them and it is overall enjoyable for me! Thank you both!

A TRUSTED & NON-PUSHY ADVISOR!
Met Ida thru my boyfriend. Ida has a really v friendly and cheerful personality. She is very knowledgeable with the planning that she recommends. She is very fast and efficient in attending to all our enquirers and cleared our doubt. She helped me to review my existing policy and summaries them into a portfolio so I can have a bttr view of what is covered. Being a student, I do not know much about insurance policy and how important it is because my mom is the one that bought and managed it but Ida sharing made me have a bttr understanding & perspective. As someone who has no knowledge about insurance and have v bad impression about insurance agent because I always think that they are very pushy and always hard sell to their client even when the policy is not beneficial. However, Ida is definitely not pushy at all. She ensure that she recommends policy that is needed and beneficial for her clients.
Long term friendship made 🫶🏻 now I don’t have to worry about not having a trustable agent to review my policy for me. Cheers 🍻

My friend has been speaking highly of her
Ida was recommended to me by one of my close friends. She has been speaking highly of her. "If you were to meet an advisor, it has to be Ida. Trust me, you will like her and will be happy with her service too". After much consideration, I decided to meet up with her as my agent was not very responsive and no after sales service. True enough, I am very pleased with Ida working style & professionalism. I feel that she tried to understand my situation before providing any solutions to my problems. Definitely a good listener which I appreciate greatly. I hope there will be more agent that is like Ida in this industry.

I decided it is time for me to take action
It has been almost four years since I last met up with Ida. During that meet up, she did propose some adjustment to my portfolio to suit my stage in life. However, I did not follow up. Recently, I met up with her again as I know it is time for me to take some action and wish I could have done something to my portfolio back then. After discussion, I went ahead with part of the planning she advises & eventhough I didn't go ahead with everything, she is still a good listener. I am very satisfied with Ida's explanation n patience. Thank you so much for Ida's expertise and assistance, she is really a great n responsive agent that I came across. A friend that I can trust my financial planning with!
Good & Happy to have A True Friend and Long-Term Advisor
Firstly, Ida is down to earth, friendly, patiently who can listen and definitely a true friend / advisory I can trust for the financial planning and Insurance Advisory. when I first met for the portfolio review, Ida asked me a lot of questions related to financial planning / goals and Insurance which probably I was not clear and updated with but with few subsequent discussions and based on her vast & tremendous knowledge she was able to explain the gaps / problems I had in my insurance portfolio.
She always evaluates the client’s / customer’s overall portfolio first and comes up with a suitable and agreeable recommendation. In fact, she went an extra mile and came up with a comprehensive review / summary of my portfolio and shared the ideas / thoughts to align with my financial / insurance goals.
She always thinks from the client’s shoes first and recommends only if it is suitable for the client needs and aligned to long term goals and plans.
A friend I can Trust for Financial planning & Insurance Advisor and that I will recommend to my friends.

She was stranger and now she is my best friend, my advisor
I first known Ida 3 years ago when I first arrived in Singapore to work. Back then, insurance and financial related things were all very new to me. I thought these things are not important to me since I am still young and healthy until I had a chance to meet up with Ida. She is my bestie's friend as well as financial adviser. I often feel nervous meeting up or speaking to new people but when I first met Ida, she was really friendly and she made me feel comfortable chatting with her. It was from there that she helped me to understand what financial planning is all about. She curated plans that fit me and since then, I engaged her as my only advisor. One thing that really makes Ida different from other advisors is that throughout the entire process, she has never force me to get any plans. Instead she walked me through the planning she has done for me and helped me to make a wiser decision. Her kind mind and always be there wanting to help makes me feel that she is more than just a financial adviser. To my bestie and I now, she is our best friend and we want to keep this friendship forever. 🤩

She would spend time to find out more about you, your situation and goals first rather than jumping into conclusion. She helps me to understand the importance of insurance, and she will go into details to ensure you understand what you’re getting.
I will strongly recommend her to my friend who are interested and strongly suggest you to speak with her to understand more about financial journey.

Warm & helpful
I do not have good experience in meeting a financial planner prior as sometimes I do not understand what they were explaining to me eventhough they had repeated the same information multiple times😅. However, Ida have been very warm and helpful from the first time we met. She was patient and detailed in her explanations of the plans. She even drew out a visual aid of the information that were difficult to digest to make it easier for a visual person like me. Ida takes into account of your affordability and present to you the plans that's within your means and I appreciate that she is respectful of that. I am so glad that I gotten Ida as my financial planner! Thank you for your help ❤

The first time I met Ida, she was a friendly girl. She explained the content of the insurance policy in detailed to me and answering various questions. I was accidentally injured a while ago, during COVID. I submitted my diagnosis and treatment receipt to her through whatsapp. She promptly handle my claim. And about a week later, the insurance compensation was received. Thank you.

Financial planning
“Before meeting with Ida, I had a plan with the bank. I got it through a call by the bank telemarketer. I actually did not know what it was but I signed up because I did not know how to reject the caller. I happened to know Ida via some programme and she offered to review the policy for me and explained to me what it was. I decided to let her handle it and she has been very helpful to explain to me what it was. She is the first financial advisor that really sit through with me the whole planning and let me figure out various planning process especially I am not familiar with Singapore insurance planning despite living here for a few years now. I can now trust my planning with her and also recommended my friends to meet up with her. She is patient and friendly and most importantly, I feel comfortable with her. Thank you Ida 😊”

Two is better than one!
“Having 2 is better than 1! Ida and Yvonne came at the right moment to review my existing coverage. Although I could not sign up for one of the plans, they still did try their very best for me. Ida was super friendly and open to take on any questions that i had. I was quite scared at first to talk to her but she is actually altruistic as she just wanted to raise my awareness of what's financially best for me as a young person who just started studying in poly. i am now more aware of the importance of planning for my savings for the future and am also more interested in learning how to manage them myself. If i have any problems in future i will most likely seek advice from her :D

Hi Everyone,
When it comes to insurance, I am rather sceptical and never believed in it due to bad experiences until Ida approached my wife and I. She has proven that she is not just another advisor. Instead of going straight into recommending the products on out first meeting, she helps to uncover things that I never knew before. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service she has provided for us. Thank you Ida for taking time to help us with our financial planning. Keep up the good work!

Hi Friends,
Ida shared with me about financial planning (wealth protection) during our appointment. I decided to get an accident plan which was lacking in my portfolio. A few months later, the plan came in as a pleasant surprise that my medical expenses were covered. Ida is someone whom you can trust in building your insurance coverage and wealth protection.

Enjoyable process and not pushy
Hi My friends, family.,
Ida is a well trained financial consultant who is well versed in the products and services AIA offers. Throughout the process of financial planning, she was professional and able to answer all of my queries and doubts. I never thought financial planning would be this interactive and enjoyable as most agents I met in the past were pushy for sales. I would highly recommend her to those who have just started working and professionals out there. In fact, anyone would be suitable if you want to find out more about financial services, wealth protection and accumulation!

Hi My friends out there!,
I met Ida for some advice regarding my financial planning. I thought it will be a usual advisory session. Instead of jumping straight into the session, she started to share about why she is doing this and help me to discover the focus of my financial planning, which is family and retirement. She went on to share 2 concepts which helped to shape my needs. There were the 3 cornerstones, wealth protection, accumulation and preservation. Of which, I felt I needed to focus on wealth protection and accumulation given that the dependents on my income. Also, when she went through the concept of human capital, it helped me to get to know the amount I should be looking at.
